Bantu Cares is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with or operated by any government authority or elected representative unless explicitly stated.

Community reports are submitted by users and may not have been independently verified by Bantu. Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit.

Bantu may moderate or remove content that contains personal information, harassment, discriminatory content, unsupported allegations, or potentially defamatory material.

Independent platform

We provide information about local authorities and elected representatives to help residents report issues. We do not speak for, represent, or guarantee action by any government body.

User-submitted reports

All posts, comments and photos are contributed by community members. Bantu does not independently verify every report before it appears. Please use your own judgment and, where appropriate, confirm details with the relevant authority.

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove or hide content that breaks these rules, puts people at risk, or damages the trust of the community. Repeat or serious violations may result in account suspension.

Community rules

Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten or discriminate against others.
Post accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Do not spread rumours or make unsupported allegations.
Do not share other people's personal information without permission.
Keep reports civic and constructive. Avoid party-political campaigning.
One real person, one account. Fake or duplicate accounts may be removed.
